Who controls the data
BidPro Technologies operates InsurancePro. Each distributor or insurance professional controls the customer records placed in their isolated workspace and must have a lawful purpose for processing them.
Information processed
We process account identifiers, customers, policies, claims, commissions, documents, communications, consent records, audit events, billing records and technical security logs needed to provide and protect the service.
Purpose and minimisation
Information is used only for workspace operation, renewals, servicing, authorised communications, billing, support, security and legal compliance. InsurancePro does not sell customer leads or independently market to an agent's customers.
Documents and OCR
Uploaded documents may be processed by the configured OCR service to extract policy information. Low-confidence results require agent review. Users should upload only documents they are authorised to process.
WhatsApp, SMS and email
Communications are initiated under the agent's control and may use external providers. Consent and opt-out instructions must be respected. Provider delivery metadata is stored for the communication timeline.
Security and retention
Access controls, encrypted transport, restricted server permissions, audit logs and backups protect data. Operational records are retained only while needed for service, contractual, security or legal requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised.

Eligible persons may request access, correction, export, deletion or consent withdrawal through the Data Rights page. Identity verification may be required before action.
