Service scope
InsurancePro is software for authorised insurance professionals to organise customers, policies, renewals, claims, commissions and communications. It is not an insurer and does not issue, underwrite or guarantee any policy or claim.
Account responsibility
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, grant access only to authorised team members and notify support of suspected compromise. Activity performed through the account is attributable to the account holder unless promptly reported.
Insurance and regulatory responsibility
Users remain responsible for their licence or appointment, insurer agreements, disclosures, suitability assessment, marketing consent and compliance. Calculators, OCR and recommendations are assistance tools; insurer-issued documents remain authoritative.
Acceptable use
No unlawful scraping, unsolicited messaging, malware, credential sharing, privacy violation, platform interference or processing of information without authority is permitted.
Subscriptions
Plan limits, term, price and included capabilities are shown before purchase. Third-party WhatsApp, SMS, email, payment and OCR usage may carry separate charges. Access may be restricted when a subscription expires or limits are reached.
Availability and liability
We maintain reasonable operational safeguards but cannot promise uninterrupted third-party networks or insurer portals. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the affected subscription period.
Termination and export
Users may export their workspace data and request closure. We may suspend material abuse, security threats or non-payment. Required records may be retained for lawful purposes.
