Trial
Where offered, a trial allows evaluation before payment. A trial does not automatically create a paid subscription unless the user completes checkout or expressly enables renewal.
Annual plans
A cancellation stops future renewal. Access continues until the current paid term ends unless the account is suspended for misuse. Users should export required data before closure.
Refund requests
Duplicate charges, verified technical billing errors and payments where the purchased plan was not activated are eligible for review. Requests should be raised promptly with the receipt number. Taxes and consumed third-party communication credits may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
Communication credits
WhatsApp, SMS and email usage is metered separately. Successfully submitted or provider-accepted units are treated as consumed even when a recipient does not read the message.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to payment-provider timelines. Final organisation address, GST and refund contact details must be configured before accepting public payments.
